All shoes run true to size. You can order sizes 7-13 including half sizes.

Return & Exchange
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges if returning shoes to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you return or exchange.
Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form and forward to us within 5 days from date of receipt. If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.

All Shoes are shipped from China. The shipping carriers we use depends on your location.
You will receive a tracking number from us after 3-4 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers website and track the package.
We are not in a position to responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to help it released.
All packages must be signed by your name. it is an important confirmation.
